The GATCO Edgemate Carbide Knife Sharpener was designed to create a fast, safe method to restore a sharp cutting edge to dull blades. The knife sharpener is made of 6061-T2 structural grade aluminum with tungsten carbide sharpening bits set at a 25° angle. And to make sure it does not rust it is hard-coat anondized which also gives it a good look.
