The Cold Steel Black Talon Tactical is indeed an awe inspiring, ferocious looking knife. The blade is made from San Mai III stainless steel so it will hold an edge for a long time and will rarely require re-sharpening. The elegantly simple grip is strong and sturdy. It features a robust Titanium frame, which supports the forged Titanium bolsters and highly textured G-10 scales. The Titanium leaf spring lock will protect fingers from the razor sharp edge. For instant access, the Black Talon has a uniquely shaped thumb hole cut into the blade making it a snap to open with either hand. For convenience and security there is a compact pocket clip and a steel lined lanyard hole. The clip is removable, so it can accommodate left and right-handed users alike.
