Cold Steel K7 Kitchen Knife, Model 45KL7S

The Cold Steel K7 Kitchen Knife features a serrated Hocho style blade approximately 1 1/2� wide and 1.5mm thick, skillfully flat ground from top to bottom and then honed to a very thin, astonishingly sharp edge. Now you can slice tomatoes wafer thin and cut through vegetables and meat with virtually no resistance. The handle is constructed of heavily contoured and deeply checkered Kraton. And for ease of transportation and safety while not in service each K-7 is supplied with a protective polypropylene sleeve. This knife has a serrated edge.
